You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account within 7 business days, provided all wagering requirements and verification procedures have been completed. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.
qq988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable laws, posed a security risk, or for any other legitimate business reason. In cases of termination for cause, we may withhold funds pending investigation and resolution of the underlying issue.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) to cover account maintenance costs. Accounts will not be closed due to inactivity as long as a balance remains.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and applicable Indonesian commercial law to the extent not in conflict. By using qq988 services, you consent to the application of these governing legal frameworks.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
